Currently, I am working as a Scientist R and D at Hind High Vacuum Advanced Technologies. Bengaluru. My area of specialization revolves around optimizing, fabricating, and analyzing metal oxide-based thin film devices, specifically thin film transistors, CMOS, MOSFETs,ambipolar TFTs, bilayer heterojunction diodes, and Schottky diodes, for diverse sensor applications.One of my core proficiencies lies in employing cutting-edge vacuum coating instruments, such as magnetron sputtering, electron beam evaporation and thermal evaporation, to precisely control the deposition processes of thin films. Furthermore, I possess extensive experience in utilizing advanced instrumentation for the electrical and optical characterization of thin films. This includes proficiency in UV- Visible spectroscopy, Thickness profilometer, High-resolution X-ray diffraction, Atomic Force Microscopy, Piezo Force Microscopy, and DC/RF probe stations integrated with the Keithley 4200 SCS and 2636-B source meter for accurate and comprehensive analysis.I am highly regarded for my exceptional work ethic, innovative thinking, proactive learning approach, and my ability to troubleshoot and critically analyze results using a scientific framework.
