Presently working production planning of casting as per customer requirement with daily coordination with coreshop, moulding shop and melting shop. Handling additional responsibility of casting fettling and casting machining process including removal of adhering sand and oxide scale from casting. fettling shop including coordination with fettlers daily output and dispatch quantity and ensure about removal gates, risers and runner properly without affecting casting profile and reduce casting damage defects. Ensure proper tumblasting, shot blasting and heat treatment process of casting to remove sand properly from casting especially in water passage area and maintain strength of casting respectively. Daily monitoring of casting machining output and rejection observed after machining. Worked in Aluminium foundry with handling GDC, fill machine and melting furnace. Manpower planning of permanent and temporary for all shops without affecting MOP. Presently reporting 5 managers and 7 supervisor with 250 permanent and temporary operators. Ensuring compliance to ISO/TS,ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Internal auditor for new version of ISO/ TS i.e. IAFT 9001  Black belt in 6 sigma, and done two projects to reduce the casting rejection and won 3rd prize from CII. Reduced rejection of casting caused due to casting defects using various 6 sigma tools.  BBT member for Hand and Finger Injury Initiative. Foundry Co-ordinator for Quality circle initiative in Total Quality Management. Champion for TPM - JH pillar. Champion for People Involvement principle in World Class Quality.

Job Profile: Worked as a Shift In-charge in OFF AREA (Converter, Anode Furnace and Caster) which involves prompt decision making, planning and execution regarding process parameters, related equipment, manpower handling and utilization, quality and atmosphere related norms. Jobs also involved timely coordination during preventive maintenance and shutdown/breakdown of Converter and Furnaces, along with specific testing, modification and final box-up of the same.
