Product Description: Regulatory Reporting Platform RegReporting is an Application designed to meet increasingly demanding needs of global financial regulator's.This product is designed to enable teams to focus on core requirement of business logic and report development. This helps align the IT resources to business objectives through service management.Reporting architecture provides the infrastructure for teams to generate reports for batch and online reporting systems. Reporting architecture is a workflow and metadata driven system which allows creation and implementation of any report lifecycle (Data generation, Language translation, formatting, scheduling, distribution, archival) in a flexible way.Roles & Responsibility:• Design a flexible and extensible platform that is capable to meet regional and global regulatory reporting needs.Built regulatory reporting module from scratch (1 person team) and now expanded to have a team of 10+ members enhancing this module.• Lead technical team to modernize the platform to meet incremental reporting demands.Liase with business stakeholders and represent tech team as a part of requirement gathering process.This includes technical business analysis and spec creation.• Manage BAU process of onboarding new reports / requests.• Design and maintain utility application that automates testing for regulatory reports.Technologies involved: Java, Shell and Python scripting, Crystal Reports, DB2 and Snowflake Frameworks: SpringBoot, MyBatis, Drools / JBOSS rules and Angular.Major regulations met with this module: EMIR refit, MAS, Section 13 (SEC), Hongkong and Japan Disclosure of Interest, SEC ADV AUM and 2A/2B, SEBI FPI AUM, South Korea and HK short sell regulation etc.
