• To develop, implement and maintain all programs related to physical security in the Saxo Group facilities, including data centers, branches and subsidiaries.• Perform and facilitate inspections and ensure ongoing monitoring of compliance with Saxo Group’s internal policy requirements for physical security; including physical access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance (CCTV), emergency power, fire detection and suppression etc.• Provide recommendations for adjusting policy requirements using well-defined methods to maintain adequate protection of Saxo Group’s assets.• Creation of standards/ work instructions regarding physical security for all major & minor Saxo offices & datacenters.

Greater Noida

• Planning, scheduling and roistering of security personnel for general or policing duties on a 24-hour basis.• Training, instructing and guiding all security personnel regularly in order that such personnel may carry out or discharge their duties efficiently at all times.• Assisting security head in getting the security function audited on ISO certification (14001EHS, 18001OSHAS and 27001 Physical security) and re-validation. Handling audits and table top exercises conducted by clients and third party auditors.• Responsible for delivery of security solutions (guard force, access control, electronic surveillance through CCTV, portal based automated material movement, ID badge processing, vendor management, parking and traffic, front office operation, transport security etc.) • Conducting fire evacuations drills, emergency response training, security inductions for employees and non-employees.• Monitoring the security equipment’s such as CCTV, X-BIS, EVD, DFMD, HHMD and PIDS & ensuring their serviceability through concern department/ service providers as applicable. • Responsible for carrying out investigations on incidents of security breach, theft, internal policy violations, cybercrime and ethical issues. Ensuring closure on specific time line, duly setting up-processes for non-recurrence. • Handing report & returns and third party invoices.• Portal based processing, large-scale ID badge management, guard force management, transport security management.• Continued active liaison with law enforcing agencies from grass root to the upper level, across the states to ensure availability of prompt support for the organization.• Assisting security head in budgeting of capital and revenue expenditure.• Carrying security risk assessment on regular basis and recommending installations of new/ latest security systems or a possible up-gradation in existing systems.
