 Ensure Unified Communications (IP Telephony) design is superior using the best practices to meet the current and future needs of the organization. The network design should ensure that it is secure, has high availability, low latency and is highly scalable. Been onsite (Netherland) for telephony project transition for 3 months on STWP, which involved right shoring (taking 100% work to India) removing resources from NL. Working on Change Management, and Problem management on ITIL framework. Creating and executing A3 (plan to execute critical issues and changes) for technology specific improvements and executing the same. Understanding the customer requirement, and accordingly create action plan and suggestion on cost effective telephony solution. Implementation of new IPT sites for customer, migration, planning, High level, Low level design documents and execution. Prominently working on high and critical priority issues like site down , inbound outbound issues voice related issues etc i.e. priority 1 and priority 2 issues which has high user impact.

 Worked as an integral part of Incident Management, problem management, and Change Management on project of Maersk Shipping Corporation. Worked on Cisco VoIP devices like call manager, CUCM, IPCC Enterprise (ICM), UCCX, IPCC Express, Cisco Unity, Unity Express, Voice Gateways, ATA. Managed more than 56 IPT/IPCC which includes over 525 sites across Geography like Asia, North America, and Europe etc.  Implementing new site, site migration, proposing new configurations, working on new projects. Had carried out complex site migrations and site additions/project related configuration for Italy, Brazil US, and Germany Clusters. Worked on Incident management complex issues also on change management and make sure the critical issues as well as complex change requests gets completed within SLA Prominently worked on high and critical priority issues like site down like inbound outbound issues voice quality related issues.

Working with Tata communications as Network Executive wherein I get the opportunity to manage and troubleshoot VoIP core network connecting across the globe, managing various Call Centre and Enterprise customers. Managing the International calling for all customers. This gives me opportunity to work on Service Delivery to Service Assurance. It involves configuring Cisco routers like 1800, 2800, 3800 series routers as well as Nextone server’s database configuration. The protocol used like SIP, H.323, while doing voice configuration like dial peer codec. Configuration of voip to voip gateway and voip to TDM circuits on voice routers.

 Troubleshooting core router issues connecting WNS offices across the globe as well process routers connecting remote locations using mixture of Cisco and Juniper products like Cisco 2600, 2800 and 3600 series of routers as well as Juniper M5, M7, M10 and M20 series of routers for leased line based processes and Juniper J4300 routers of Internet based projects.  The protocols used on process routers are BGP, OSPF and EIGRP, while WNS routers are connected through a partial mesh that uses MPLS on frame-relay. Manages the firewall configuration of several process as well as organization-specific firewalls. We use a mixture of Juniper Netscreen and Cisco PIX firewalls for the purpose. The Netscreen firewalls include the Netscreen 5GT and the Netscreen-25 firewalls.
