- Customer under my scope : Volvo Eicher. John Deere, CNH, Liugong India .- Providing design approval of gauges, fixtures, jigs for tubular and sheet metal parts.- Compile technical customer requirements, for validation test.- Compile and document all lessons learned from the project.- Identifying the Risk in project or organization by using SWOT analysis

Pithamput Indore (M.P.)

- Customer under my Scope : Eicher, Force Motor, Man Truck.- Drawing & Cad feasibility study ( Sheet mental parts ).- To do the part development as per the drawing (Proto as well as regular development).- Preparing BOM, Auto cad design of sheet metal component and die tool.- Responsible to correct the gauge & fixtures as per CMM reports.- Responsible for all the PPAP document like: PFC,PFMEA,CP,MSA and upload to customer portal.- Coordinating with SQIP team of Man and Force Motor for vendor up gradation plan.
