While working at Moser Baer Photovoltaic, I was In-charge of handling entire gamut of HR activities for all employees of the Photovoltaic division. Furthermore, I designed competency frameworks for companies in the Telecom, Energy and Manufacturing space. Over the years, I provided HR consultancy to a major development banking PSU and meticulously worked for Government of Andhra Pradesh in organization restructuring of select government departments. I effortlessly worked on a large-scale restructuring assignment with MP State Electricity Board assisting the Govt. of Madhya Pradesh in Power Sector reforms.
