Working as a Project Manager with Business and Digital Technology Solution Group (BDTS). Primarily we look after Change Requests, Enhancements and Implementation of New Application. Currently I am part of Corporate BDTS team and look after requirements in Trade Finance vertical. At present, I am managing two application 1. Trade On Net (Corporate Portal) and 2. TraydStream (Document Scrutiny Application).In my role, we receive requests from Business users, we convert those requirements in Business Requirement Document and then do solutioning by documenting it in Functional Specification Document. Basis functional Specific documents we take sign off from Business team and give a go ahead to our Development team to do scoping and analysis at their end to share estimates of the projects. During the development phase we write Test strategy and Test Case documents. Once UAT delivery received UAT, AppSec is being conducted and post successful testing we move the enhancement/ change into Production. Similar is the case for new application onboarding except multiple stakeholders are involved while onboarding new application.

 Export Bill processing (Compliance, Discounting, Realisation, Merchant Trade, Authorisation) Acting as an Interface between Technology and Business/ Operation group to Bridge the Gap of Process Understanding. Analyzing business processes, identifying the areas for improvement and suggest the alternative solutions which can save cost and improve the current process. Improving eBRC system to reduce Risk Involved in the process. Co-ordinate with DGFT officials for any possible technical problems/ query raised by the customer. Worked for implementation of Export Document Processing and Management System (EDPMS) and EDIS interface for Finacle and EDPMS, an on-line system to submit bank reports to RBI in regards with export transactions. Black box Testing/ UAT of EDPMS and EDIS system. Co-ordinate with RBI team of EDPMS to resolve the problems faced as well as on limitations of the EDPMS system. Co-ordinate with branches to streamline the process implementation of EDPMS. Attend RBI meeting called for feedback or progress on EDPMS implementation at bank level. Prepared process flow and note for EDPMS-EDIS, for which bank internal circular is now in place. Have handled automation procedure of tracer message, MT420. Have proposed and discussed the feasibility of tracking mechanism for NOC/ AD transfer request raised, which will be based on Finacle based module and same have been approved. Worked on project for implementation of GR Waiver module, which will help monitor and track closure of GR approvals and to generate/ print the GR waiver/ approval certificate in standard format, across the branches. Prepared process flow and note for GR Waiver/ approval procedure. Suggested Finacle based changes to track time interval between import and export payment leg for better monitoring of Merchant Trade transactions. Designed new process flow mechanism for Merchant Trade Transactions to avoid compliance issue and better monitoring of transactions.
