Under Transaction Banking business mainly trade finance / CMS related activities are handled. I was heading PAN India team of officials posted at branches across India who were Service Officials of the customers. My role mainly to monitor their performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

I was heading Treasury Operations which extends back office support to treasury related operations of the Bank in as well as overseas. It also supports fund accounting and custody related operations.

My main responsibilities included 1. Compilation/ projection of Capital Adequacy Ratio2. Taxation matters 3. Regulatory reporting4. Handling Regulatory Inspections5. Compiling and Monitoring NIM6.Transfer Pricing 7. Setting up and Monitoring Centralised Account Payable Hub

My main responsibilities include1. Settlement / Valuation/ accounting of SLR/NonSLR portfolio 2. Accounting Valuation of Derivative portfolio3. Compilation of important investment related MIS4. Implementing RTGS in 2003 for the Bank5. Monitoring all related regulatory compliance
