BE PRADUCTION WITH 17+ YRS EXPERIENCE IN PURCHASE/SOURCING/PROCUREMENT/IMPORT/PROJECT PURCHASE/STRATEGIC SOURCING/CAPEX, OPEX/DIRECT INDIRECT PURCHASE/GREEN FIELD PROJECT PURCHASE

• Strategic procurement activities that include Supplier evaluation, pre-order analysis of commercial offers from suppliers, making comparatives, finalizing terms & conditions with prices.• Procurement of various materials as per BOM like Sheet metal, Casting, Fabrication and machining components. • Forecasting & formulating material requirement, communicating schedule to supplier along with Purchase orders. • Managing day-to-day supplier performance based of delivery and quality of material supplied, followed by necessary improvement to achieve targets.• Managing major products like Capital Equipment,Material Handling equipment, Toolings, Hydraulic & Pneumatic equipments. • Accountable to ensure that vendor performance reviews are conducted bi-annually.• Cash flow planning, Cost estimation, analyzing the cost committed, cost to come and evaluating the forecast cost.  • Import of Capital goods & machines, Spares & part of machineries.• Managing Production consumables,Packing materials,MRO items.& contracts for indirect commodities.• Accountable for achieving pre set targets of coordination, negotiations, follow up of commitments. Liable for managing complete activities related to purchases, delivery, payment of Capital equipment / machines; handling coordination among suppliers.Forming the sourcing strategy based on Commodity mapping, support in Vendor Evaluation & Development for strategic commoditiesHandling Import Purchase activity and Coordination with Italian purchasing project management. Representing Purchase in Cross Functional Teams.
