• Responsible for conducting projects of GSM/ CDMA successfully form the initiation to the handover of the turnkey sites.• Prepare day to day activity for the field team and proactively arranges the meetings with the technical team and the clients to discuss the progresses and the issues of the running sites.• Coordinates with the administration for the WCC and PO with the field engineer and the client for final bill submission. • All complete survey with the complete site reports. TI and BTS installation done under my presence by the field engineer. • Technically brief the site situation/progress of the site to the client (HUAWEI/ZTE/HUNAN/NCELL/ZAMIL). • Also allot the projects to the vendor companies by reviewing their profiles and deal with them setting the parameters about the project execution.

WI-FI:• Started as ISP’s customer support officer providing the complete technical solution to the client in office premise and over the phone. • Upgraded as the wi-fi technical support officer I was responsible for troubleshooting the technical issues arisen at the customer end and also with the wi-fi equipments with the microwave links and the the devices such as RRU/BBU and the CPE devices.• CPE installation at the customer end.VOIP:• Aside this I worked as a VOIP assistant manager responsible for managing the VOIP clients. • AT some critical issues arisen I visit customer premise for troubleshooting the issues. • Configuring the IP telephony firmware/Upgrade and the configuration of the ATA devices also assists the system team for the Bandwidth management and monitoring the traffic.
