• Smooth functioning of integrated HIMS software at pharmacy and Hospital side.• Provide technical support on HIMS software management, software maintenance, monitoring of implementation, supportive supervision, in-time feedback, technical trouble shooting and on-job training as well.• Coordinate with HMIS team and provide hands-on capacity building for software maintenance and customizations as needed.• Support in identifying strengths and weakness of implementation of HIMS at different levels and provide on-the-job training to address weakness, as necessary. • Prepare reports as per need. • Any other business as needed.

• Responsible for coordinating, handling and supporting for all operations in Ncell NOC (Surveillance and Corrective Maintenance) with require escalation and follow up internally, to all stakeholders, to customers, to vendors, to clients, to national partners and to international partners.• To monitor overall network of Ncell on Major tools like, Huawei_i-Master, ZTE_EMS, Huawei_IPRAN, ZTE_SDH, Huawei_DWDM, Cacti Graph,Nagios, Grafana and FMS.• Handle and escalate the critical situations that may occur any time on network and prepare the report for each and every severe incidents.• Responsible for maintaining the KPI and all the team members of my team.• Prepare all the reports daily as required internally and by Ncell customers and meeting with customers for incidents and resolutions.• Resolve and analyze faults in BSC/RNC, BTS/Node, Data Center and IP transmission along with required escalation and follow ups with customers and field team.

• Monitor the GSM core network.• Responsible for Monitoring and escalating CS, PS and Service alarms to respective stakeholders in time to save major Incident/ Outages.• Support NOC in Network safety and risk management.• Prepare Major outage reports and coordinate with concern stakeholder to avoid such outage in future.

• Responsible for managing internal office Network services.• Troubleshooting ipv4/ ipv6 network services.• Maintain server rack and firewall for smoothly running of services.• Worked on SNMP solution for monitoring across four different locations.• All type of Desktop support to indoor and outdoor staffs via physically and remotely.
