All the Routers and the VPN’s are monitored and configured centrally from India. GNOC is responsible for the Capgemini globe WAN network, VPNC, BAM probe (ISP – Orange device), conduct weekly CAB session with ISP provider and Capgemini regional manger, Manage Easy IP database etc. Main Responsibilities:Working with MPLS terminology managing the CE devices for all the global Capgemini offices. Manage the VPN concentrator 3000 for all the global Capgemini office.Manage the BAM (Business application management) probes.Responsible for change management and incident management activities.Manage the monthly shift roaster for team.Conducted weekly CAB session with all regional managers.Conduct weekly review with Internet service provider.Responsible to maintain IP address database for all the global Capgemini office on EASY IP server.
