Working as a metallurgist in Metallurgical laboratory 1) Heat treatment Cycle Devlopment for Special Engine Velve Steel ( EN52, and 21-4N and Nickel based Superalloys 751)2) Testing of Raw material incoming inspection ( Hardness, Microstructue, Grain Size, Inclusion rating , Step Down test and Grain flow)3) Failure Analysis of Inlet and exhaust Valve, Customer Complaint Handling as Well as Audit for New Products as per CQI_94) Inspection of Different types Welding process like Steallite Welding; Friction Welding and Butt Welding 5) Heat treatment of Austenitc, Martensitic stainless steel, Nickel based Superalloys as well as processes like Hardening , Annealing, Precipitation Hardening, tempering, Salt bath - Liquid Nitriding and induction Hardening.

Quality Control and Metallurgical Labs Department1) Handling of all types of metallurgical equipment Such as Micro, Portable, Rockwell,Brinell, Vickers, Superficial Hardness tester including Metallurgical Microscope and Optical emission Spectometer.2)Testing of incoming and final Metallurgical inspection Such as Raw material (Carburied and Tool steel Grade), Forging and heat treated Process likes gas Carburising, Vaccum Hardening, Gas Nitriding, Induction softening, Normalizing and annealing.3) Responsible for Overall inspection Activities of Heat treatment labs and Maintain QMS documentation related to lab Work.4) Knowledge of SQF, Double Chember Furnace, Vaccum Furnace, Plasma Nitriding and Gas nitriding Furnace, Pit Furnace, Mesh belt continuous Furnace and indo Pas generation.5) Handling of Process and product Audit (External and internal)and Metallurgical Failure analysis And Customer complaints.6) Working in Process heat treatment Cycle and Product development , Also Responsible for Different types of Heat treatment cycle development.7)On time Discussion and performing Drawing Control chart Deviation correlation with Supplier and engineering Teams.8) Achieve target Production, Complete utilisation of manpower, maintain document daily production report, data control with Quality ,OEE report and Handling the Furnace maintaince.9) Knowledge of TPM,APQP,PPAP,PFEMA,SPC,MSQ,CQI-9,ISO-9000-2015,IATF/TS-16949 documents.
