Property Execution :-Coordination at Local Level with TKO for Taking the measurements of the site and deciding the local level issues for setting the site.Ensuring the Quality of work/Material specifications at the sites from TKO's by making Frequent visits.Coordinating with vendor/WAN Team for timely delivery and installation of Vendor/Network Elements at site.Maintaining the existing Channels :-Identifying and appointing Housekeeping/Security/Repair and Maintenance agency's for new Sites.Empanelling the New vendors and taking Approvals from CO for deploying the agency's.Maintaining the Look and Feel of Channels by Frequent visits.Timely attending the FCRM calls and Closing it within time frame.Data & Mis:-Ensuring of Timely Payments of Vendors, Maintaining the MIS of RnM/HK/Security Bills.Updation of Mis.
