- Currently Spearheading as Project Manager. Various roles performed previously are Project Lead, Module Lead, Lead Engineer and Developer.- Accountable for Strategic planning, Identifying and analysing requirements, Setting up technical platform for the project, Effort, Cost and Time Estimations, Reviewing project proposals by maintaining active & comprehensive conversation- Developing and leading multi-skilled team to ensure timely delivery of the projects by organizing well-structured training programs to enhance skill sets and by creating awareness of latest developments.- Analyse and define project scope while contributing to project architecture / solution.- Managing the Project Delivery through its life cycle from user requirements to system analysis & planning, design, development, testing (FAT/SAT) and commissioning. - Providing technical and functional support to development team in the areas of solution/application architecture, design, development, independent analysis and problem resolution- Bridging the gap between Operational technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) by translating functional and domain requirements into logical form suitable for development- Managing and operating the project within set parameters such as offshore-onsite ratio, senior-junior ratio, trainee ratio, revenue realization, operating margin - Coordination with Client or Onsite- Manage expectations and requirements of client over the technology, processes and applications while updating them on the regular project related developments.- Ensure clients’ issues are promptly addressed, documented and resolved in a timely and professional manner through appropriate channel.- Supporting (pre)sales activities such as responding to Requirement gathering, RFPs, tenders, and Functional Support- Managing communications with internal stakeholders for various updates such as project status, financials (revenue and projections), pipeline opportunities, resource ramping
