Operations In Charge Engineer
Current· Carrying out Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Maintenance & troubleshooting of all types of Valves.· Develop and determine all standards to perform repair, inspection, and tests on all procedures and oversee all repair/testing methods for all processes.· Standardize Inspection and test procedures for incoming materials.· Analysis of non-conformance as noticed in-house and at the customer end which is received as Customer Complaint / Returns.· Audit activities and other activities from time to time.· Responsible for updating calibration activity of all inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment.· Should have good knowledge in reading drawings and creating drawings in AUTO-CAD.· Coordinate all site work and factory work with the assigned team to customer requirements and GIC standards.· Supervising field staff for conducting pre-checks, removal, repair, and testing, and re-installation and commissioning of valves and other associated equipment.· Preparing Work packs for site and workshop activities, including Quality plans and Job Routers.· Ensuring all work is carried out in a safe manner, including appropriate Point of Work Risk Assessment, complete compliance with Quality plan requirements, job routing, and proactive supervision of staff.· Lead planning of site and workshop valve services work and drive the program to meet customer requirements.· Responsible for performing Tests for isolation/control/safety valves according to the respective standards.· Well-versed with API, ANSI, FCI, ASME, and other international standards applicable for Valves & Actuators.· Able to generate inspection/testing procedures for the work carried out in site/workshop.· Responsible for the performance of all inspection and testing activities in site/workshop.· Control calibrated measuring and test equipment used in site/workshop.· Keep calibration records and ensure that all the testing equipment has current calibration records.
