•a) Nature of Work: • Maintenance of Industrial Valves like Gate, Globe, Ball and NRV and several other with the help of in-situ valve lapping machines and equipment from EFCO GERMANY during shutdown or online.• Implementation of API/ISO for certification of Valve Repair, standards, documents, procedures SOP & SMP and any further procedures for Valve Repair implementation.• Manufacturing of valve testing equipment.• Online Safety Valve Testing and Fugitive Emission survey at several Gas complex and Refineries, and Online Greasing at several Rig Stations.b) Brief Description:• Maintenance and reconditioning of all types of High Pressure Industrial Valves like Gate, Globe, NRV, Safety valves, DD, Butterfly etc.• Testing of Valves i.e., Hydro testing etc. on site and at workshop.• In-situ Flange facing and serration jobs on pipes and equipments and In-situ Safety valve Seat Cutting with Special Machines like TDF1• In-situ Valve repairing by SL, Valva and VSK series machines.• Repair and testing of safety valves in boilers and refineries.• Expert in the repair of SAFETY VALVES, assembly and testing in compliance with applicable codes and requirements. • Thorough understanding of valve and its diagnostics.• Trained in all areas of Oil and Gas industrial valve requirements.• Repair and testing of Main Stream valves for boilers.• Supervise EFCOs valve technicians in different Customer sites.• Lead the valve repair team during the shutdown activities.• Provide technical expertise in all valve repair activities.• Execute the PSV testing, repair and calibration procedure and ensure the compliance with API procedures.• Plan for shutdown requirements and mobilize manpower • Prepare Service reports after completion of the job. • Provide on-site technical expertise and consulting at customer field locations.• Follow API & ISO standards at the work place as per EFCO Quality Management Systems.
