 Manage the activities of the Crane Rental Operations on a day to day basis and take overall responsibilities for the effective and efficient running of this operation. Build a team capable of supporting the operational requirement. Specify roles and responsibilities for each position in the team. Preparing the Daily Equipments Utilization report / Break Down report / Manpower report  Control & Manage the Quick Mobilization / Demobilization activities of the heavy equipments. Pre-Plan for equipment deployment to various clients / sites as per planned schedules from sales. Ensure that all equipments are well maintained and get the Aramco Certified through 3rd party inspection company. PMS of all equipments are carried out in time in coordination with maintenance dept and clients. Ensure that Aramco certifications of the operators (Tandem Lift / Man Basket) are carried out systematically to meet as per the clients’ requirement.  Ensure timely certification of operators and riggers by scheduling and planning for the necessary replacement to meet the requirements. Optimize the manpower utility in the operations department. Monitoring the time sheet collection of the operators and working equipments on site and verify the timesheets in order to submit to accounts for billing. Coordinate and conduct regular TBT meeting with safety dept at yard and project site. Providing periodic and regular refreshment training to operators and riggers at work sites.
