As GM, I am fully responsible for Scenario strategy, people and customers globally, and responsible for P&L of the business unit. Scenario is a part of Constellation Software, under the Vela group.Scenario is setting a new standard with technology for project delivery, combining strong industry knowledge, innovative functionality and customer support. As Head of Customer Success at Scenario (a Datamine company), I have responsibility of all customer activities (incl delivery and support) and post-sale relationships, with end goal of increasing adoption, expansion and retention.
