I’m the Assistant Manager for Brooks Brothers, an operation manager focused on generating new business and managing the team for the retail industry. In this role I lead the business targets with focusing on new plans for both B2B and B2C marketing efforts, overseeing a team of 8 professionals and 2 interns as well as managing the annual spend. Our most exciting work to date was presenting the new trends and fashion on social media and consulting the HNIs, UHNIs, CEOs of companies who love Brooks Brothers that generated enormous customer excitement and was key to the successful launch of New Season Collection. . Not only did we have fun doing that but also it lead us to create extremely well business. Also, we have won the best store award of the year for becoming the DREAM TEAM 2019 and BEST FYND TEAM 2019 and hence received the certification of excellence in work. Before joining Brooks Brothers - the American Luxury Brand I was managing URBAN CLAP's inside sales. , I worked for two other companies — Intelenet Global Services (RBL Bank) and Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs (FIWE) –- and was lucky enough to work with such an amazing clients.I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other marketers. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of any project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives.
