Employee Engagement Activities: Ensuring the regular branch visits and meeting the employees one to one and resolving their queries on the spot. Engagement discussion with Managers and their team members for building supervisory effectiveness and increasing the job satisfaction among the employees of the branches. Closer of Audit gaps with in the month of publishing the HR reports & Clearing the consultant bills with in the prescribed TAT
