Responsible for the End-to-End Full Life Cycle Recruitment Process for clients like Cognizant, T.C.S., D.E Shaw, Intelegencia etc.• Recruited IT Candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions in the Information Technology Industry throughout India.• Interpret, analyze and understand the client requirements and effectively use the job boards and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.• Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.

Handling the entire recruitment process from sourcing, searching, screening, negotiating, and recruiting high-quality candidates for clients.• Attending weekly scrum calls with Client managers & Account Managers to understand requirements. Working on all IT/Non-IT requirements in healthcare, pharma, and federal clients.• Involved in salary Negotiation, generating the offer letters, and converting the same.
