- Reconcile various reports of different outlets to find the reason of variance between different reports.- To verify and reconcile all Revenue Centers with PMS.- To reconcile all the misc. & third party revenue.- To perform detail Audit of Catering & Banquets functions against the original invoice and do the postings of the same in Property Management System(PMS).- Auditing and Reconciling the revenue recorded under each department, has been correctly posted in PMS.- To monitor and report the daily Exceptions Report e.g. Voids, Adjustments etc.- Perform Credit Card Reconciliation daily between payment gateways like Shift 4, Merchant Connect with PMS.- Uploading and postings of the Journal Entries in ORACLE and publish Daily Revenue Report(DRR).- Auditing the charges posted in Opera and reconcile them with the Invoices.- Analyzing the DRR by checking the revenue received vs the forecasted revenue.- Sharing the DRR with the client along with the observations of the day.- Keeping track of Do Not Post(DNP) GL's and share the details with proper findings.

- To maintain all Accounting data in BUSY Accounting Software.- To process all invoices e.g. Sales, Purchase, Debit Notes, Credit Notes etc.- To keep all the payments received updated in BUSY.- To prepare data and share and share with all the Regional Managers (RM) and Medical Representative (MR) in the Company which help them get the follow ups for the Invoice Payments from different distributors.- To do monthly Physical Stock reconciliation whether the tangible stock quantity equals the quantity in BUSY.- Preparation of E-way Bills when required.- To maintain the Sample Stock data for the sample stocks issued to any MR, RM or Director.- To help the CA by providing the HSN Code Reports and Different Sections Report for GST Return Fillings.- To share the data of Near Expiry Batches with RM's and MR's so that they can prepare their Plan's accordingly.- To share low quantity batches details with directors so that they can plan Future Purchases.- To keep the physical stock in their assigned place and to ensure safety & make them handy to reach.- To ensure timely deliveries of the Medicines safely by assigning routes to delivery person or by booking Courier Services for Inter-State deliveries.
