• Responsible for sourcing of IT professionals for BFSI (Banking and financial) vertical.• Co-ordinating with delivery managers and sales manager for requirement understanding.• Setting up conference call with Managers, Delivery Manager and Sales Manager to strategies the client needs.• End to end process of Hiring (Sourcing, Screening and Scheduling, Coordinating interviews, gathering feedback and placing personnel in quick turnaround time).• Coordinate interviews at all phases of recruitment process which include setting up Technical interviews for candidates with Technical team and Clients.• Worked on various job portals.
