CurrentMonitoring of more than 2 lakhs of Distributed Linux Servers across the world located at several Data centers, using an Internally developed 'Network Management System' Responsible for acting proactively to the Alerts as per the pre-defined priority Levels. Analyzing the alerts thereafter, troubleshoot to find out that what might be the wrong with the Cluster or the machines including special ones. Taking all the necessary steps to mitigate it first and then either resolve the issues or we may have to communicate with SMEs, Reliability Engineers so that machines' traffic can be drained off in order to avoid DOS to the Customers and then check with our Network Infrastructure team to bring those machines up as soon as possible.Handling Incidents on the bridges as the NOCC-Representative which requires understanding the Escalation matrix, Technical knowledge if some SMEs wants us to perform relevant steps, on the bridge so that either the issues can be resolved or mitigated for the time being.Creating Planned/ Emergency Maintenance either initiated by our Internal team or ISPs which includes finding the exact targets which might be impacted during the Maintenance window and making sure the handoffs are done so that we bring the Drained machines/ Clusters UP as soon as the Maintenance over.
