LNG and cryogenics

1)Currently handling operations of LNG terminal as shift in charge since 3 years .2)Ensuring safe operations by rigorously following permit to work system.3)Identified problems and initiated corrective response during periods of unstable operation in control room and field.4)Acted as incident commander in various emergencies as per Emergency response and disaster management plan.5)Co-ordinated with internal and external stakeholders for un-interrupted terminal operations.6)Operated Honeywell DCS control panel at time of commissioning and startup of LNG plant.7)Lead engineer for LNG truck loading commissioning at MUNDRA terminal.8)Developed various standard operating procedures for safe and efficient operation of LNG Terminal.

1) Commissioned 5 MMTPA LNG regasification terminal. Part of team responsible for cooldown of terminal, commissioning, cargo unloading and start up of critical equipment for regasified LNG for send out.2) Commissioned Truck loading operations (11 MT capacity). Commissioning done in absence of EPCC and vendor.3) Led a team consisting of three members for pre-commissioning of various process and utility systems.4) Prepared detailed commissioning plans and procedures.5) Successfully completed pre-start up safety review.6) Compiled checklist for various system and sub system from client side to ensure system conformity check.7) Verified all interlock and logic checking from DCS based on approved P&ID, cause/effect matrix and HAZOP recommendations.

1)Reviewed and provided inputs on basic engineering documents like PFD , Process data sheet andCause and effect matrix.2)Reviewed pump hydraulic calculations and pressure drop calculations3) Participated in HAZOP studies and prepared report.4) Participated in 30%,60% and 90% 3D model review meetings with EPCC and PMC.5) Reviewed P&ID’s at different stages of preparation (i.e. AFP, AFD and AFC) .6) Review vendor data and documents, data sheets and IOM’s for start-up and commissioning.

1) Involved in co-ordination with EPCC from client side for project planning and for ensuring necessarycompliances as per project specifications.2) Part of the team responsible for co-ordination with EPCC/PMC related to document revisions, raisingand resolving construction related punch points, vendor/third party line up,pre commissioning andcommissioning activities.3) Involved in co-ordination with PMC and EPCC to envisage progress of project as per baselineschedule. Also, prepared catch-up schedule/micro schedule in case of lag.4) Arranged and coordinated interface meetings with multiple contractors and varied engineeringdisciplines to gauge project schedule and resolve conflicts if any.Involved in preparation of daily progress report at construction and pre commissioning stage.5) Monitored and tracked daily, weekly, and monthly reports of contractors.6) Involved in forming proposals for procurement of material other than supplied by EPCC.7) Referring various clauses of contract copy in case of clarification and conflict with EPCC.
