• Lead a team of 7-8 flight operations executives and dispatchers.• Dispatching of live flight plans along with the flight package using PPS and Jeppesen FliteStar• Flight plan filing and coordinating with different agencies.• Planning the routes avoiding conflict zones, checking of NOTAMS & weather.• Flight watch and flight tracking using SD Pro Flight tracking system,• Obtaining permits and arranging ground handling services.• Preparing and providing the trip cost estimate.• Arranging and planning charter flights on company aircrafts.• Providing charter quotes to clients.• Checking & keeping track of the catering items.• On ground supervision of aircraft preparation and movement.

• Duties included obtaining overfly and landing flight permits, arranging handling and fuel for non-schedule commercial , private, and charter aircraft• Calculating navigation fees for overflight countries , ground handling charges and making data reports to supervisors and management• Arranging and supplying handling and fuel at locations all round the world including Africa and the Middle East.• Flight planning, ATC FPL filing and weather observations as well as dissemination of NOTAM information , sending SITA and AFTN messages to respective CAAs• Coordinating movement of aircrafts with other handlers, ATC tower and the operators.• Understanding and knowledge of AIP and relevant NOTAMs

 Responsible for DI and MIS including FDTL monitoring• Responsible for Block Hours Report and crew pattern generation• Maintain flying hours of all pilots including management pilots• Responsible for assignment of aircrafts an routes for cockpit crew• Carrying out analysis on optimum utilization of routes and sectors• Carry out random system audits and provide flight safety events information to the management

 Providing support and resolving the issues related with software in MFG/PRO (with Progress according to the languages used) Responsible for regularly interacting with clients & colleagues abroad and providing them solutions within stipulated time  Imparting training &knowledge sharing with the team (esp. on EDI and Supply chain) and guiding the team members in their work
