Head of Operations - Americas region for Public Records. Leading a 24 x 5 Operations spread across 3 Continents (Asia/North America & Latin America) and 6 Countries (India, Philippines, US, Canada, Brazil and Colombia). Span of control of ~1200 employees. Responsible for Background checks to be executed accurately for US, Canada, and Latin America's region within expected Turn Around Time governed by Compliance to Fair Credit Reporting Act and Country/State laws. Transformation, Cost Saving and Continuous service improvement form part of core responsibility. Products/Services managed include County/State/Federal Criminal record check. Also includes Products like Sex offender search, Medical Sanctions, Global Sanctions, Fraud and Abuse. In-depth understanding of the US Public Records system. Working knowledge of Employment, Education and Personal Reference.

- Responsible for the overall Profit and Loss for the delivery center- Manage overall cost of the program and ensure that the defined financial margins are met for the business through effective cost management plan- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and prompt service delivery at minimum cost through efficient resource utilization- Manage all SLA’s and ensure service delivery as agreed with the client- Drive quality of operations through transformation and continuous improvements- Ensure employee retention through effective people management plan including Training Need Identification for the staff to up skill, cross skill for better utilization- Regular operational reviews to ensure process is under control and all risks and issues are proactively identified - Participate in Strategy, Solution and Business Case development to support the pre sales and sales team in pursuit of new business – including RFI’s and RFP’s - Account farming for existing client with an objective of improving the top line numbers
