• As part of the RCM team, I upgraded, maintained, replaced, and enhanced the customer's production CI/HCI solutions within their data center environment. Coordinated with the customer to understand their existing data center infrastructure (including VxBlock, VxRack & VxRail) and their requirements. • Prepared documentation such as Visio diagrams of the existing network architecture, Excel and Word files detailing the component status and customer requirements and took backups of the components. Developed a detailed action plan, including contingency options, and obtained customer approval. • Carried out firmware upgrades, replacements, configurations, and additions of new components like Cisco UCS (6200 & 6300 Series), Cisco servers (C-series & B-Series), and Cisco Nexus switches (N3K, N9K, N5K) according to the required RCM version and customer specifications.

• As a member of the LB team, I configured Dell EMC's Converged and hyper-converged infrastructure solutions, including VxRail, VxRack, and VxBlock.
