We have consultants from various fields if expertise guiding the programmes. Players have gone into represent international u16-19 for a variety of nations and into various county programme academies/epp programmes.I use the ActionType Approach as a guide to better understand some of my athletes: movement styles, dominant muscle chains, how they think and what motivates them (Deep Motivational Drivers)
