Current• Total 9+ years of experience on chemical delivery system, substrate transportation systems, substrate detection & positioning system, magnetism, vacuum technology (from low to ultra high vacuum), fluid systems, temperature measuring, heating & control systems, chemical reactors, motion transmission systems, system level design, electrical cabinets & ducts in semiconductor wafer equipment & display fab equipment industry.• Worked on PVD, CVD & ALD technology semiconductor & display wafer fab equipments.• Experience in Mechanical Design and Development of process kits, chambers, chemical delivery & abatement modules, ceramics, sheet metal, fluid distribution & control systems from specification to manufacturing release.• Effective project management using PDR-Agile methodologies. Problem Solving using industry standard 5 Why, PDCA cycles, Cause & Effect (Ishikawa/Fishbone diagram), Gemba & 8D methodologies.• Being technical lead, made possible to complete the projects assigned within timeline effectively.• Deep fundamental understanding of modules of semiconductor equipments, display equipments, working layout, process chemistry, manufacturing and assembly problems followed by providing solutions for them.• CAD skills: Unigraphics (NX 7.5, 9.0), Creo (2.0, 4.0, 5.0), Catia V5, Solid Edge, Autocad, Autodesk Inventor, Teamcenter (9.0, 11.0- PLM), Windchill (PDM), iPLM (PLM), SAP (PLM).• FEA & Thermal Analysis: Ansys, Nastran, Creo.• Proven track record in product development, product transition to manufacturing.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
