Sales / Marketing Roles and Responsibilities◆ Responsible for complete training of FSEs, their target achievement and any field related issues occurred during on-boardings and orders.◆ To Guide FSEs to achieve target well in time.◆ Keep track of on-boardings of each FSEs and Push them to take orders from approved merchants.◆ Motivate team mates to accomplish monthly targets well in advance and to earn incentives.◆ Develop ownership, leadership skills in team to improve performance.◆ Address merchants queries, which FSE could not answer and help them to get resolution.◆ To keep track on Daily on-boardings done by team and make sure maximum orders out of it will get placed within week.◆ To maintain MTD reports and push team to do maximum onboarding and orders.Technical Roles and Responsibilities ◆ Responsible for complete Project management.◆ Performance test, benchmark test, GPS test, Camera Test, Battery backup test, RF Test, Display Luminance test, Speaker quality & loudness test including complete software & all applications.◆ To check the component level hardware Ex. Camera sensor, Camera module, Lens type, display LCM chip, RAM/ ROM chips, Sound PA, RF module, RF/BT/Wi-Fi Antennas complete circuit board etc. and compares it with data sheets for mentioned features.◆ Write & Execute Test cases and Scenarios. ◆ Arrange Product Training to product team, Service team and Customer care team.
