Ω JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: (TECHNICAL)1.Examining vessels to determine their condition and determining whether they are ready to be put back into service2.Recording details about the condition of the boat, including photos or videos of the vessel and its interiors3.Reviewing maintenance records to determine whether proper procedures were followed4.Inspecting the structural integrity of boats by checking for cracked hulls or protruding nails or screws5.Performing tests to determine whether a vessel’s equipment is functioning properly6.Ascertaining whether a boat is seaworthy by checking for leaks, cracks, and other defects7.Inspecting equipment such as engines, steering mechanisms, fuel tanks, and electrical systems8.Evaluating the condition of boats to ensure they meet safety standards set by the regulatory bodies9.Inspecting vessels to identify structural damage, leaks, or other problems that may pose a danger to crew members10.Good Knowledge in design & maintenance fundamentals11.Basic understanding of concepts like Mechanical, Thermodynamics, Material Science12.Ability to draw 2D drawing using AutoCAD13.Knowledge of documenting design process, interactions and test analytics14.Strong Analytical & problem solving skills15.Ability to assist in Quality documentation16.Ability to inspect Material and equipment & supervise, installation activities17.In time generation of correspondence with authorities, vessels and other departments and to follow- up until results obtained.Ω JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: (DOCUMENTATION)1) To receive inward ships mail & also to dispatch mail in time2) To keep track of survey status/to update monthly also3) To check monthly ISM papers & follows up if not received.4) Check of ISPS surveys of vessels.5) Check list of GTL of ships.6) Check up MMSL from WPC for our ships.7) Check up Change of Command from MMD of Ships.8) Stores/spares requisition to be recorded in system

Ω MATERIAL SHIFTING DEPARTMENT: OPERATIONS 1) Keeping track of Material invoice received from principle and accordingly preparing The Shipping Bill / Backload Invoice/ making amendment for the same. 2) Passing Shipping Bill from customs, Loading & Unloading materials. 3) Intimating Principles with the amt of cargo loaded / unloaded on the vessel and the cargo operation Timings. 4) Closing the N-Form. Ω CREW CHANGE DEPARTMENT: 1) Handling Crew change (i.e. – Sign on & off) 2) FRRO (visa extension)
