Technical Co-ordination-• Assist the Director-Head Construction in all India Projects like hotels & malls at Kurla, Pune, Chennai & Bangalore.• Ensured activities are on track with close co-ordination with concern managerial staff at site, kept a track of important mails back up of HOD & gave him the status of open issues to sort out in time.• Working close with Planning Department for the status of management operations for executing civil construction projects; project schedules and project monitoring • Regularized collection all pending MEP issues / Agenda from all sites for consultants review. Started conducting MEP Co-ordination meetings & related site visits of concern Consultant for the fruitful conclusion of issues under the guidance of HOD. • Started arranging all major techno commercial meetings of HOD with Architect, Consultant & Vendors etc. as per the given instruction. •Site visit & preparation of detailed status report as per the instruction of HOD. Procurement / Contract Management:• Preparing & floating of tenders to contractors/sub contractors for all CAPEX related items like AHU, Cooling Tower, Pumps, FAU, EAU, Smoke pills, Car park ventilation system etc. • Evaluation of offers, techno-commercial discussion & finalization of contract in view of project schedule.• Settling of all techno-commercial disputes / clarifications during execution of project.• Advance request, technical approval on G.A.Drawings from Consultants, payment & delivery follow up with vendor etc.• Prepare work orders for additional work to different agencies as per the given instruction of HOD & G.M.Services.
