- Validating and Addressing variance between Oracle and HiQ CRM Opportunities revenue (Actual Vs. Forecasted Revenue) - Validating and Creating Clients and mapping Industry and Sub-Industry as per database (Inside View).- Maintaining detailed analysis of industry mapping for all accounts- Experience in understanding project commercials like DPA, MSA, SOW, CO, CR and etc.- Experience working with financial data, providing detailed analysis and recommendations- Validating and Resolving Issues of HiQ CRM Opportunities to show accurate pipeline- Ensure the client and project set up requests comply with SOX guidelines.- Experience in Order to Cash Cycle – Project set up and closing, tracking and maintenance of SOW, Change orders, contracts and etc.- Approving Time and Expenses reports for Americas and EMEA resources from a Compliance perspective- Operational support for handling various tasks like resource Assignments, Tagging & Bill Rates changes, transferring time of resources, weekly forecasting and handling over allocations in the system.- Generating various reports on a daily/monthly basis with respect to staffing, compliances, revenue distributions, project reporting with respect to quality compliance.- Creating and regulating process documents- Participate and actively support continuous improvement, change initiatives and best practice within the team
