Project delivery of multiple concurrent projects in the Finance Technology division. Responsibilities on projects included end to end project delivery from discovery to closure. Managed cross functional teams, vendors and partners, project budget, schedule, scope, risks and procurement, presented to senior executives as part of governance meetings and maintained stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management. Currently, working on an APRA project which includes migration of two systems to AWS Cloud.

Projects have included changes to the CRM, payment, financial, billing, logistics and HR systems as well as online sales and self-service systems. Program management of National Electronic Conveyancing System Readiness (NECSR) projects for Land and Property Management Authority (LPMA) in order to support the national NECS program of work.Scope included facilitation of workshops with multiple departments, Business Process Modeling to develop new processes, definition of the Structured Business Vocabulary, creation of data models and business rules so that the LPMA was prepared to implement the NECS.Change management activities to gain acceptance from industry partners such as banks, conveyancers and legal bodies.

As part of the Transformation Program to migrate from legacy systems to Siebel (CRM), managed the “Backfill and Resourcing” project whose objective was to provide adequate customer service capacity while Customer Service Representatives underwent training on the new system.

Project managed small to medium projects to meet business and/or ASX deadlines at Waealth Management Division of Macquarie Bank.

Program management of the $3 million transformation program at Copyright Agency Ltd which involved Business Process Re-engineering, development of a new system, migration of data from the legacy system, decommissioning of legacy system and implementation of NetSuite (CRM).

Project management of the Working Capital & Risk (WCR) program for Institutional Banking division of CBA. Responsibilities included planning, execution, control and monitoring of all FPM and T&M activities including Problem, Change and Release Management activities, relationship and issues management including presenting status reports to all stakeholders including Business Owners from CBA. Direct responsibility for four teams (one team was located in India) consisting of 18 staff.

Project management of multiple projects using geographically dispersed teams for changes on an Operations Support System (OSS) and a web-based bill reporting and analysis application.
