Set and office equipments like Photostat machine, Fax machine, Fans & Air Conditioners and other assets.• Controlling system of House Keeping, Security, etc.• Maintaining assets and stock register.• Hiring of accommodation / Office Premises / Guest Houses, and ensuring their upkeep and housekeeping.• Maintaining assets and stock register.Salary Administration Functions:• Preparation of attendance registers for labour & staff.• Preparation and maintain of Wages, Over-Time and Leave Register.
