- Integral part in the launch of Khelo India Scheme, especially the first ever Khelo India School Games 2018. Having worked across 10+ editions of Khelo India Games & 36th National Games in different functional areas, has helped in setting up SOPs for overall preparation and conduct of the multidisciplinary National level sporting event.- Currently, also heading the Media Division of SAI responsible for all communications, marketing, publicity etc. over the last 18 months. Instrumental in conceptualization of #Cheer4India campaign for Tokyo Olympics, Commonwealth Games 2022, Asian Games & Asian Para Games in 2023. - Helped in setting up of Central Athlete Injury Management System (CAIMS) in 2021, for injury prevention, diagnosis, and rehabilitative measures of elite and developmental athletes.- Was also responsible for planning & implementation of various efforts for strengthening of domestic competition structure such as Khelo India Women's League.- Also helped in setting up of the Priority Olympic Disciplines within TOPS Secretariat focusing on disciplines with huge potential for medals at Olympics. Has also worked in the capacity of SDO in TOPS secretariat for various disciplines such as Athletics, Wrestling, Hockey, Cycling, Fencing, and Judo. - Assisted in the preparation of Indian teams for Commonwealth Games 2022 and Asian Games 2023 in addition to the coordination with Indian Olympic Cell, Embassy of India and Indian Diaspora
