 Supervising & guiding a team of 5 Region Sales Executives across India. Keeping track on stores sales and taking corrective action to improve it. Apart from sales i was also responsible for collections & merchandising for major retail partners like Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Westside, Reliance & Metro Shoes. Staffs recruitment, Training & development. Motivating staffs to perform better and develop good relations with Customer. Responsible for location identification for EBO, potential mapping and franchisee appointment to grow the business apart from adding new Shop in shops in assigned territory. Keeping track of Fast and Slow moving items and placing the requirements.  Preparing the Purchase Indent on the basis of Sell Thru report to get the Purchase Order. Monitoring the sales on a weekly basis. Analysing the weekly Sales Vs Stock report and taking corrective actions. Regular Follow ups with all channel partners regarding the Performance. Highlighting the concerns regarding sales and stock issue to our Retail Head. Ensuring that all stores must have good amount of stocks available. Taking feedback from all area executives regarding the sale performance.

 Done some promotional Tie Ups Of our brand and looked Advertising part also. Handling independently retail outlet and its operations and sales of Shoes, Apparels, and Accessories  This includes administration of sales staff, Shop Maintenance, Replenishment of Inventory, and Merchandising and Checking Pilferage.  Reporting to HO for day to day activities and MIS and DSR.  give proper training to staff
