As you will see I am having 12 plus years of diverse experience in Accounts and finance in which I have experience of more than 3 years in interior contracting company where I worked as a Accounts & Finance Manager and Managed 5 companies which includes wood division, metal division together. Good Knowledge of Monthly Closing, Budgeting, Forecasting, Revenue Recognition, cost control, cash flow, forecasting, inventory valuation, variance analysis, banking, Vat and good experience of Contracting company external Audit as well. In Addition to this I have experience in different sectors like Education, Trading & Auditing.

General accounting includes preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet, schedules and ledgers, Accounts and bank reconciliations. Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis. Monthly closings of Books and account analysis and carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. Report to corporate office with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements. Preparing MIS reports to provide feedback to Head office on financial performance. Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable. Handling TDS deductions, payments & returns billing. Preparing budgets and forecasting. Handling payroll administration account. Preparation and coordination of the audit process. Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures. Individually handling complete Accounting activities for three firms of ITM group i.e.; ITM College of Engineering, ITM Institute of Management & Research, & Wardhaman Bahudeshiya Sanstha.

Prepare Letter of Credits (LC’S) & BOE (Bill of Exchange).Handle Excise Billing, Service Tax, Sales Tax (VAT), and TDS. Knowledge of Export & Import transactions (High Seas Purchases / Sales Procedure.)Complete Accounting up to finalization monthly and yearly trial balance. Maintain Books of Accounts, payroll etc.Filling of records and documents and follow up of outstanding payments. Banks, Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation. Maintaining of accounts, cash control and management reports. Preparing and monitoring monthly positions of Debtors and Creditors. Preparing and analyzing monthly management information reports. Audit Includes Audit of Mutual Fund Investment Application after online data entry. Audit of investors KYC form, personal details after processing. Audit of investors pay in slip for bank submission. Online Rectifications of Errors. Verifications of all investment documents. Analyzing monthly comparison of actual to budgets and provide feedback to the Management about the variances. Accounting Includes data entries of different parties account, Tax computation preparation for CA review and approval, Internal Audit of Company books with CA, Finalisation of Accounts with year end closing entries, Resolve accounting discrepancies of the companies, rectifications of errors, Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems, Mode of conversation and interaction with company on behalf of CA.
