Role & Responsibilities • As a part of Global Recruitment Cell (GRC), I am responsible for end to end Hiring activities for Business (Digital at Atos Syntel).• Sourcing resume from various sources including job boards (Dice/ Monster), LinkedIn, Indeed etc.• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with the panels.• Proactively seeking updates, follow up and feedback on the interviews.• Maintaining a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities• Proficient in use of internal Applicant tracking system (ATS) Hirecraft (HC).• Conducting HR round and discussing, negotiating salary and notice period with the candidates.• Act as SPOC (single point of contact) for candidates right from the interview to them on-boarding.• Initiating candidate's background check verification process.• Preparing & Processing the offers to the candidates by collecting necessary documents• Experience in generating daily offer letters using PeopleSoft HRMS for new hires.• Proficient in using HRIS systems including PeopleSoft HRMS.• Submission of the candidate documents to HR shared services (HRSS)
