Responsible for compliance with GMP, GDP and safety principles are followed within team. Responsible for day-to-day microplanning of production as per production SOP’s batch manufacturing records. Responsible for facility upgradation to meet as per CGMP requirement including sanitation and hygiene. Act as an incident controller in case of any disaster or emergence situation in production department. Exploring possibilities and evaluation of different improvements in plants, implementing new systems as an when comes. Plan and control site logistics activities in participation with RM store and BSR staff to ensure timely receipt of raw material and dispatch of FG in coordination with RM, Purchase, Production and marketing dept. Ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements related to the concerned areas. Acts as liaison between MD, producers, line producers, associate producers, department heads and other production related personnel

• Looking of daily production activities as per the planning.• Facilitating weekly Program Management Team Meetings, meeting coordination, development of agenda, and distribution of meeting notes.• Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital.• Initiates changes to Plant Operating procedures to ensure they are valid and up to date. Works with Production Technicians in this respect.• On line documents compliance as per the regulatory requirements.• The Production engineering role acts as a technical resource for Operations personnel, applying technical skills within Manage Production, to optimize plant operations, resolves plant problems and able production of low cost, superior quality products.• Looking after solvent recovery, cost reduction project of different products.• Man & material management, ensuring safety compliance / environment at plant level.• Reporting to GM production.
