• Responsible for the movements of stock in & out of the store. Checking In & Out documents, Physical checking of material at inward and outward. • Reconciliation Statement (monthly base). Physical stocktaking as per ABC analysis. • Co-ordination with Purchase dept & updating of stock status at various stages.• Maintain Received Purchase statement on twice in a week.• Track Material Request, Purchase request, GRN status.• Maintaining Material Storage system, Inventory Control & Raise material requisition for maintain Min Max Level. • Supervising at the time of packing ensuring all material properly packed as per Delivery challan before Dispatched. • Reconciliation of raw material and scrap, and dispose scrap material and obsolete items.
