Advance plan given to transporter for dispatch the material. -Once shipments are delivered to our end then inform to buyers on mail about the shipments details -Prepare a domestic invoice as per shipment in SAP, address, material cost, GST then submit the details of finance department posting the invoice in system & prepare e-way bill. -Maintain MIS & daily dispatches. -Prepare a domestic invoice DN as per shipment in SAP, address, material cost, GST then submit the details of taxation department posting the invoice in system & prepare e-way bill. -Contact with transporters & arrange vehicles for the daily shipments.

-Completely handling Domestic & Exports shipment, given plan of domestic & export shipment for production department & taking a complete follow up to build up FG. -Our regular Exports shipments is going to USA, Argentina, China, Brazil, Mexico & DHL, UPS, FedEx, booking of exports, we are dispatching on samples basis, after export shipments inform to buyers on mail about the shipment’s details. -Release a period forecast every month after compare all export shipment with actual & period -forecast is match then release export calendar & Dispatch shipment as per plans. -Co-ordination with SCM team for supply of critical items Advance planning for export -shipment before due date & meet the shipment date as per export release calendar date. -Co-ordination with export buyer & take confirmation of mode of transport. -Take an input from period forecast & load a demand in SAP next 18 month. -FG material demand load in SAP system Month, Week wise & current month day wise -Support for customs clearance documentations, Tracking Export shipment until the destination.
