Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for sourcing and Hiring across all job levels through Employee referral program.• Managing a team of 5 and achieving close to 40% contribution to overall hiring done by the organization. • Creating Monthly incentive schemes based on Hiring requirement.• Coordinating with all stakeholders like Market Team, Recruitment team, Branding team, Finance and Operations to create strategy to achieve recruitment numbers• Managing Budget (Branding, Goodies, Incentives etc.)• Performance Management for the team • Responsible for all the compliance documents for Employee Referral Programme.• Driving the Employee Referral Program including branding, floor walks, special Referral drives, conducting interviews & rolling out offers.• Apart from employee referral programme, also leading social Media hiring for all levels.

• Set up the entire recruitment operations for the new center like process and streamlining the entire recruitment hiring process • Responsible for end to end Recruitment of bulk hiring • Interact with Hiring Managers, understand the requirement and recruit the right candidate• Creating brand awareness for hiring• Anchored Entry Level, Campus Hiring and Employee Referral Programme
