Role & Responsibilities:• Completely will be trained on All HR aspects in Recruitment and HR operations.• Sourcing the right candidates from different job portals and social media.• Connect daily with the candidates for closing the open requirements, and explain to them the job roleand the company profile.• Scheduling interviews through our ATS (Applicant tracing system) system on daily basis & check theinterviewer's feedback Maintaining the HR Report daily.• Coordinating with the branches about trainings like Induction training, refresher training, PEP PIP VEPTraining.• Handling branch operations team, motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch settargets month on month.• Ensure gold loan growth at branch month on month.• Responsible for canvasing and marketing all financial products of Muthoot Finance Ltd.• Handling the NATS, NAP, (INTERNS) ESIC, PF.
