I'm Director-Operations with M/S Proventures Education and Consulting Services Pvt.Ltd . I have a B.Tech degree in Computer Science engineering from the University of Pondicherry with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. I'm a Certificated Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional in Business Analysis from PMI, USA. I'm also a Microsoft certified Professional (MCP) on Microsoft Project technologies. I did number of Microsoft Project Professional 2010/2013 and PMP/CAPM trainings for professionals from Multinational Companies of various verticals ranging from IT, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Aerospace etc. I support the development of new project management courses for Proventures, I have authored the course material for Microsoft Project Professional 2013 for both the classroom and e-learning modules.I worked as a Project Management consultant for Hospira Inc, a multi-national company through Proventures where I worked along with PMO in developing custom designed reporting templates and automation using Microsoft Project Professional Tool. I also performed process gap analysis and contributed in developing PM processes ,roles and responsibilities of the Project Management Office.Currently as part of Proventures I handle workshops focused on Project Management concepts, application and tools. I also support Consulting & Business Development activities that include understanding and analyzing the client’s business and developing suitable training modules and solutions.
