Sourcing & pre-screening of profiles through CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, internal ATS and references.Work together with recruiters and team lead to create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns.Provide expert guidance, make recruiting strategy recommendations and regularly communicate updates to team lead & recruiting team.Manage hiring manager expectations, develop TAT processes around interviewing and hire people.Create standardized recruiting and hiring manager processes at all points in the candidate life cycle to improve recruiting efficiency.Work closely with our team to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.
