• To handle a team of 9 members in preparing the Factsheets.• Managed Level II investment performance reporting for factsheets of funds belonging to various internal clients of BNPPIP. My work allocation included (not limited to) receiving, generating of fund and bench data to be used for creating reports. Benchmarking and classifying data for right analysis of data on reports.• Evaluating returns and fund performance using various return methods ranging from TWRR, MWRR, to Modified Dietz.• Handled critical client changes on reports with respect to performance and other attribution reporting.• Train, review and support the team members in the technical know-how of the systems on how Factsheets are prepared.• Recruit and motivate the team members on a periodical basis.

• Accounting Control related to the Reserves Advisory & Management Program (RAMP). • Preparation and analysis of monthly statements, holdings report, NAV recon, income and asset allocation reports for all RAMP clients and their custodians. • Preparation of daily control and reconciliation reports and reporting analyses/other reconciliation outputs to the risk analytics (QRA) department. • Liaising with various custodians for Pricing and other relevant queries required to carry out the NAV recon.• Instrumental in transitioning the entire monthly activities from excel based manual work to automating the same through a recon system (SS&C’s recon system).• Spot Award received from the Director of Treasury for displaying team spirit and commitment consistently.• Instrumental in carrying out the monthly recon activities of NAV into a daily recon activity which benefits our internal controls.

• To work on the anomalies (Abnormal returns) in different asset classes of various IBD’s ( Introducing broker dealer)• Calculate and research on the performance (Returns on different asset classes on YTD, QTD, MTD Basis)• Identify price discrepancies and resolving it by liaising with pricing team. • Work closely with the onsite team to perform various tasks such as calculating accruals and posting it to Rumba (BNY Mellon’s Ledger system)• To calculate the appropriate market value of the clients month on month• Perform the calculations on various indices for US Markets (capital markets)
