CurrentIn my current capacity, I am responsible for fulfilling all manpower requirements of the company by directly sourcing activities, vendors and processing of employee referrals in the assigned countries. I am also accountable for implementing sourcing strategy to supply timely manpower for open requisitions, as well as pro-actively built a pipeline of potential candidates to anticipate hiring needs. Proficiently managing, controlling and monitoring critical recruitment parameters like turnaround time, offer to join ratio, cost per hire, sourcing plan, hiring budgets (planned vs. actuals) and report by way of hiring dashboards & related analysis. Deftly administrating processes like background verification, recruitment, onboarding, and handing over documents by maintaining MIS. Efficiently supervising a team of direct hiring staff who are skilled in head hunting, sourcing through social media websites and portals. Adeptly establishing, communicating and reinforcing standards for recruitment including treatment of candidates pre, during and post interview by own team and all other stakeholders globally. Skilfully developing salary comparisons, offers, with HR delivery partners and worked with the head of compensation and benefits to consistently apply the approved grading / salary structure whilst at the same time reporting difficulties to hire / retain employees. Known for recruiting 40+ developers, engineers out of which 4 of them are at the top management posts. Adding this, I am also responsible for a wide range of duties, including Payroll and Compensation, Recruiting and Staffing, Performance and Training, Labour Relations, administering employment benefits and organizational development. Worked closely with managers and employees to resolve employee issues, review performance appraisals, administer compensation program, enforced corporate policies and procedures and facilitated internal investigations as needed.
